The Abbreviated Version: Just when we thought we had a perfect solution, another curve ball was thrown our way. Turns out we needed to stay under 5,000 square feet of disturbance (glossary) to avoid a complete site development plan, which typically takes an additional 6-12 months and can cost upwards of $10,000. Are you even kidding me?!?
