We got notice from the county that our Environmental Concept Plan (ECP) was approved. Here is the final version (click to open full doc):

Unfortunately, we also got notice that our Site Development Plan (SDP) needs some minor changes. While the changes will only take a couple hours, the county now has another 45 days to review the revisions and either approve or reject again. Hopefully they’ll consider that the changes are minor and will push the approval through relatively quickly from here.
