The Sediment Control inspector stopped by the property yesterday, and quickly signed off on the sediment control measures. Last night, he updated the system with the passed inspection, and this morning, I received an automated email that our Building Permit was completed and ready for pickup!
I stopped at the Building Department today, paid the remaining $11K in fees and grabbed the permit:
